Av After packing the final stuff, we took the metro to Gare du Nord, where our Eurostar train was ready to take us to London. 2 hours and 15 minutes later and an exciting trip 45 meters under the English channel, we arrived in London and of course a typical English cab was the way to travel to the hotel.
After a quick stop at the hotel, we went out for a quick lunch street food style. Then we had plans to go to Imperial War museum but we learned that the museum was closed so instead we decided to take the bus to British Museum. Of course we sat on the second floor in the bus, tourist style…;-)
After a couple of hours in British Museum we felt that we were happy with the experience and headed towards ”Corams Fields” a large playground for kids. The kids were quite happy to get to run around there and we were happy to relax and rest the legs for a while.
After we were done with the playground, we headed towards a pub where we ate a traditional fish and chips dinner, before it was time to go back to the hotel for a good nights sleep.
